aQuelle Midmar Mile 2025

We are absolutely over the moon to return to KZN for the annual aQuelle Midmar Mile on the weekend of 8-9 February 2025! We are going to thrash that mile and make our voices heard for childhood cancer.

The aQuelle Midmar Mile is swum annually in memory of our team member Nadia’s hero, and son, Hanno ‘’Brave Heart’’ Lewis, who died in July 2014 of a rare form of childhood cancer called Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. He took his last breath 3 days before his 4th birthday. 

Join our team to raise funds and awareness for the brave youngsters fighting this unfair monster each day, because kidz can’t fight cancer alone. Swim in memory of a child, a loved one, a friend who passed, or for a little hero living with cancer. Encourage your friends and family to sponsor your swim and help make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with cancer.
