Click on the video button below to view the Rainbows team in their neon shades, sharp colours, bad glitter makeup, aerodynamic spandex and with all their clumsy aerobics moves. Included in all this glam is our limited addition retro head bands. It’s “Rainbows Fonda” all over the screen.
| We acknowledge that the tone of our promo video is light-hearted and fun. We know from our own personal stories that childhood cancer is serious. But humour therapy can help us all feel a little less stressed, worried, and anxious. Making our little video had the team laughing together; a sound that we haven’t enjoyed for a while. In the world of cancer, it is often very serious, sad, threatening, and unpredictable. Sooo……… We turned up the vibes to lighten the mood. This upbeat event is a celebration of children that are living with cancer. We put a full day aside to honour them, to pray for their survival, and remind them, that they have a family of “athletes” rooting for them. We share the individual child’s journey with cancer to advocate and educate people about cancer. What you need to do to be cool: Gold September has been gussied up with Retro Vibes.
