I’ve been cycling regularly since 2011 after I was “instructed” by my physician to stop road running.

I currently ride for Avellini Cycling Club. Since 2016 my cycling team has used cycling to raise funds for “deserving” charitable organisations which include, inter alia, CANSA, KZN Childrens Hospital, St Theresa’s Home and Pathway Enterprises.

I believe that using sport, in general, and cycling, in particular, is a means to motivate the HAVES to assist the HAVE NOTS.
